摘　　要：目的建立复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素含量测定方法。方法采用永停滴定法,设定灵敏度10-9 A,自动滴定模式,用亚硝酸钠滴定液(0.1 mol·L^(-1))测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量。结果建立的永停滴定法在氯霉素含量0.5%~5.0%(g·mL^(-1))范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程Y=7.79726X-0.05959,r=0.99988,平均回收率94.97%,RSD=0.75(n=9),滴定结果的重现性、准确度均优于外指示滴定法。结论建立的氯霉素含量测定的永停滴定法,结果准确可靠、简便易行,适合医院制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion.METHODS The content of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion was determined with sodium nitrite titrant(0.1 mol·L^(-1))in the automatic titration mode using the dead-stop titration method with a sensitivity of 10-9 A.RESULTS The established dead-stop titration method had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5%-5.0%(g·mL^(-1))of chloramphenicol content.The regression equation was Y=7.79726X-0.05959,r=0.99988.The average recovery rate was 94.97%,RSD=0.75(n=9),and the repeatability and accuracy of the dead-stop titration were better than the external indicator titration.CONCLUSION The established dead-stop titration method of the determination of chloramphenicol content is accurate,reliable,simple and feasible.It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparations.
