摘　　要：目的优化在静脉配置中心管理流程存在的问题,从而减少成品药出现差错率。方法我院于2019年7月实施优化静脉配置中心各环节管理流程,对实施前后三年抽取的4、5、6三个月份的药品差错进行对比。结果实施后静脉配置中心药品差错发生率较实施前降低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论医院静脉配置中心实施优化管理流程可降低药品差错率,值得推广。OBJECTIVE Optimize the management process in the intravenous configuration center to reduce the error rate of finished drugs.METHODS In July 2019,our hospital implemented the optimization of various aspects of the management process of the venous configuration center,and compared the drug errors extracted from months 4,5,and 6 before and after the implementation.RESULTS The incidence of drug errors in the intravenous dispensing center decreased after implementation compared to before,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The implementation of optimized management processes in hospital vein configuration centers can reduce drug error rates and is worth promoting.
