摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计的全方位调节的手臂消毒支架在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年2月于右江民族医学院附属医院肿瘤科住院治疗并进行经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管术的80例肿瘤患者为研究对象,采取随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用自行设计的全方位调节的手臂消毒支架托举患者手臂协助进行消毒铺巾,对照组采用由助手协助抬举患者手臂的形式进行消毒铺巾。比较两组的消毒铺巾时间、患者舒适度及操作者满意度。结果观察组平均消毒铺巾时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作者满意度总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位调节的手臂消毒支架能减少消毒铺巾所用的时间,节省了人力资源,并提高患者的舒适度,得到操作者的充分肯定,对临床工作具有积极作用,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of self-designed omnidirectional adjustable arm sterilized stent in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 80 tumor patients who were hospitalized and underwent peripherally inserted central catheter in the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.In the observation group,the self-designed fully adjusted arm disinfection frame was used to lift the patient's arm to assist in the disinfection drape,while in the control group,the assistant was used to assist in lifting the patient's arm to help in the disinfection drape.The disinfection drenching time,patient comfort and operator satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The average disinfection time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of operator satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The omni-directional arm disinfection bracket can reduce the time used for disinfection towels,save human resources,and improve the comfort of patients,which is fully affirmed by the operators.It has a positive effect on clinical work and is worthy of application and promotion.
