肤阴清坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤内服治疗阴痒症患者的效果及对阴道清洁度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肤阴清坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤内服治疗阴痒症患者的效果及对阴道清洁度的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月台山市中医院妇科收治并治疗的40例阴痒症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(20例)与观察组(20例)。对照组患者采用保妇康栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用肤阴清坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤内服治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者阴痒症疾病症状的改善情况,记录并统计两组患者治疗前、后阴道pH值及阴道清洁度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的阴道pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的pH值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的阴道清洁度数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者阴道清洁度低于对照组,且两组治疗后的pH值及阴道清洁度均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肤阴清坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤内服治疗阴痒症与单纯中成药治疗比较临床疗效更加显著,患者的阴道pH值和阴道的清洁度得到明显有效的改善,对患者康复起到积极的促进作用,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Fuyinqing sitz bath combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the treatment of Pruritus vulvae and influence for vaginal cleanliness.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,40 patients with pruritus in the Department of Gynecology of Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group(20 patients)and the observation group(20 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with Baofukang suppository,while the observation group was treated with Fuyinqing sitz bath combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms of pruritus vulvae between the two groups,record and count the vaginal pH value and vaginal cleanliness of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal pH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pH values of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginal cleanliness of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyinqing sitz bath combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction for oral treatment of Pruritus vulvae is more effective.It can effectively improve the pH value of the vagina and the cleanliness of the vagina,and play a positive role in promoting the recovery of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
