摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸神阙穴联合捏脊疗法在脾寒气滞型小儿夜啼中的应用效果。方法选取赣州市人民医院2021年1月至2022年5月收治的90例脾寒气滞型夜啼患儿为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各组45例。对照组予清艾条悬灸干预,观察组予雷火灸神阙穴联合捏脊疗法干预。比较两组的干预效果、中医证候评分、睡眠障碍评分[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预4周的中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预4周的PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸神阙穴联合捏脊疗法干预脾寒气滞型小儿夜啼效果较好,可降低中医证候评分,改善患儿睡眠障碍情况,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of thunder fire moxibustion on Shenque point combined with chiropractic therapy on children's crying at night of spleen cold Qi stagnation type.Methods A total of 90 children with night cry with spleen cold and Qi stagnation admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxa stick suspension moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion at Shenque point combined with chiropractic therapy.The intervention effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,sleep disorder score[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 4 weeks after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 4 weeks after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion on Shenque point combined with chiropractic therapy has a good effect on children's nocturnal crying of spleen cold stagnation type,which can reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,improve the sleep disorder of children,and has good safety.
