纺锤型人才结构模式在手术室管理中的运用及意义

摘　　要：目的通过构建合理的手术室护理人员人才结构模式,适应不断增长的业务变化。方法运用WPS收集2020年7月至2022年6月莆田学院附属医院手术室不同层级人才结构及手术量情况,使用数据透视图功能对手术室护理人员与手术量情况进行整理、统计和展示。结果通过WPS的数据透视功能,能够为管理者更好地提供直观的人力结构情况,在此基础上进行上班人员的合理调整,纺锤型人才结构能够适应增长的手术量。护理人员的总满意度从2020年下半年的90.38%上升到2022年上半年的97.70%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论WPS可以作为医院管理系统的补充,且可以内外网通用,对手术室的护理管理工作有重要的帮助作用。合理建设护理人员梯队,纺锤形人才结构模式有利于科学合理配置人力资源,保证手术室正常、高效、合理地运行。Objective To adapt the growing business changes by building a reasonable structure of nursing personnel in the operating room.Methods WPS was used to collect the talent structure and number of operations at different levels in the operating room of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from July 2020 to June 2022,the PivotChart function was used to organize,count and display the nursing staff and surgical volume in the operating room.Results Through the data perspective function of WPS,the human resource structure can be better provided to managers with intuitive information.On this basis,reasonable adjustments should be made to the working staff,the fusiform talent structure can adapt to the increasing number of surgeries.The total satisfaction of nursing staff has increased from 90.38%in the second half of 2020 to 97.70%in the first half of 2022,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion WPS can serve as a supplement to the hospital management system and can be used for both internal and external networks,providing important assistance for nursing management in operating rooms.The rational construction of nursing staff echelon and the fusiform talent structure model are conducive to the scientific and rational allocation of human resources and ensure the normal,efficient and reasonable operation of the operating room.
