摘　　要：新中国成立以来,中国共产党始终将自身的命运与广大发展中国家政党的命运紧紧结合在一起,对世界政党特别是国外共产党在政党建设、思想理论、经济发展等方面进行了援助。中国共产党根据历史和实践的要求,不断深化对马克思主义经典作家对政党援助的认识,初步形成了具有中国特色的政党援助思想。在新中国成立后的七十多年中,中国共产党的政党援助经历了萌芽、挫折、恢复和深入发展四个阶段。在百年未有之大变局与推动构建人类命运共同体的背景下,梳理、完善和发展中国共产党政党援助的理论与实践,有助于为构建中国特色话语体系、深化中国总体外交的层次、支持发展中国家政党发展、构建人类命运共同体提供历史经验和实践指导。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the CPC has always closely combined its own destiny with that of the domestic political parties in developing countries,and has provided assistance to world political parties,especially foreign Communist parties,in party building,ideological theory,economic development and other aspects.According to the requirements of history and practice,the CPC has continuously deepened the understanding of Marxist classical writers on party assistance,and has initially formed the thought of party assistance with Chinese characteristics.In the seventy years since the founding of New China,the CPC’s party assistance has gone through four stages:germination,frustration,recovery and in-depth development.Under the background of unprecedented changes in a century and the promotion of building a community with a shared future for mankind,sorting out,improving and developing the theory and practice of CPC’s party assistance will help provide historical experience and practical guidance for building a discourse system with Chinese characteristics,expanding the level of China’s overall diplomacy,supporting the development of China’s domestic political parties,and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
