摘 要:以棉短绒为原料,制备了纤维素纳米晶(cellulose nanocrystalline,CNC)、纤维素纳米纤维(cellulose nanofiber,CNF)和微纤化纤维素(microfibrillated cellulose,MFC),并以不同浓度将其与海藻酸钠共混制备湿态海藻酸钠膜,评价了纤维素种类、尺寸对湿态海藻酸钠膜的机械性能、光学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:CNC和CNF均为纳米级纤维素,CNC宽度为(26.86±4.59)nm,长径比小于10,CNF宽度为(34.45±5.63)nm,长径比大于50;MFC为微米级纤维素,宽度为(1.43±0.96)μm,长径比大于100。当CNC和CNF添加量达到1.5%、MFC添加量达到1%时均能显著提高湿态膜的机械性能,其中拉伸强度由0.60 MPa分别增加到1.16 MPa、1.09 MPa和0.98 MPa。通过扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱分析,添加1.5%CNC制得的复合膜结构更加致密均匀,各成分协同性良好。采用上述3种纤维素与海藻酸钠共混均能提高膜的机械性能,这为海藻酸钠–纤维素复合膜在共挤香肠中的应用提供了参考。In our present study cellulose nanocrystalline(CNC),cellulose nanofiber(CNF)and microfibrillated cellulose(MFC)were first prepared from cotton linter.These three kinds of cellulose were then blended with sodium alginate at different concentrations to prepare wet sodium alginate-based composite membrane.The effects of cellulose type and size on mechanical properties,optical properties and microstructure of wet sodium alginate composite films were further evaluated.The results showed that both CNC and CNF were nano-cellulose.The width of CNC was(26.86±4.59)nm,and the aspect ratio was less than 10.The width of CNF was(34.45±5.63)nm,and the aspect ratio was more than 50.MFC was microncellulose with a width of(1.43±0.96)μm and an aspect ratio of more than 100.When the amount of CNC and CNF reached 1.5% and MFC reached 1%,the mechanical properties of wet film were significantly improved,and the tensile strength increased from 0.60 MPa to 1.16 MPa,1.09 MPa and 0.98 MPa,respectively.Scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectrum analysis showed that the composite membrane with 1.5% CNC was more compact and uniform,and the components had good synergism.The blending of the above three cellulose with sodium alginate could improve the mechanical properties of the membrane,which has provided a reference for the application of sodium alginate-cellulose composite membrane in coextruded sausage.
