摘  要:组建胜任卓越农林人才培养需求的教师队伍,是高校推进新农科建设、提高农科教育教学质量的关键。文章通过自上而下的政策文本梳理和理论基础探寻,以及自下而上的专家评价与高校教师调查,运用探索性和验证性因素分析开展信度与效度检验,构建了“新农科教师胜任力测评模型”。该模型是由知识素养、教学素养、农科素养、个人素养、实践素养和师德师风素养6个一级指标和20个二级指标构成的六维模型。运用该模型对全国759位新农科教师开展大规模测评后发现,新农科教师胜任力整体处于中等水平,且不同教龄和技术职称上的新农科教师胜任力存在显著差异。It is the key for colleges and universities to build a team of teachers capable of cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents to promote the construction of the emerging agricultural education and enhance the quality of agricultural education and teaching.Through top-down policy text sorting and theoretical basis exploration,as well as bottom-up expert evaluation and survey of university teacher,this paper uses exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to carry out reliability and validity tests,and constructs the“competency evaluation model of the emerging agricultural education teachers”.The model is a six-dimensional model consisting of six first-level indicators,including knowledge literacy,teaching literacy,agricultural literacy,personal literacy,practice literacy and teacher ethics literacy,and 20 second-level indicators.Using the large-scale evaluation of 759 the emerging agricultural education teachers nationwide,it is found that the overall competence of the emerging agricultural education teachers is at the middle level,and there are significant differences in the competence of the emerging agricultural education teachers with different teaching ages and technical titles.
