摘 要:使用异常形貌的钼粉制备钼烧结坯,对所用钼粉的杂质元素、物理指标进行检测,利用扫描电镜统计各批次钼粉的异常微观形貌类型,分析异常形貌与钼制品表面晶粒粗化产生的内在联系。结果表明:钼粉的杂质元素、物理指标与钼制品表面晶粒粗化无明显联系,钼粉中的细粉团聚及硬团聚是产生表面晶粒粗化的主要因素,钼粉中的针棒状颗粒与表面晶粒粗化进一步长大及长大范围的扩大有重要联系。Molybdenum sintered billet was prepared by using molybdenum powder with abnormal morphology,the impurity elements and physical indicators of the molybdenum powder used were detected,and the abnormal micromorphology types of each batch of molybdenum powder were counted by scanning electron microscopy,and the intrinsic relationship between abnormal morphology and grain coarsening on the surface of molybdenum products was analyzed.The results show that the impurity elements and physical indexes of molybdenum powder have no obvious relationship with the coarsening of the surface grains of molybdenum products,the fine powder agglomeration and hard agglomeration in molybdenum powder are the main factors for the coarsening of surface grains,and the needle-like particles in molybdenum powder have an important relationship with the further growth and expansion of the surface grain coarseening.
