摘  要:通过研究不同氧含量的TZM合金板坯经过相同的轧制工艺,制备出的厚度为0.3 mm TZM合金片起皮数量的不同,结合起皮位置的SEM和EDS分析,发现在TZM薄片轧制过程中,由于TZM钼合金氧含量的影响,造成TZM板的局部位置形成锆的氧化物富集区。锆的氧化物会使TZM合金片表面形成裂纹源,导致在后期轧制过程中TZM薄片出现起皮问题。The TZM alloy plate produced by powder metallurgy appears peeling on the surface after rolling.By studying the difference in the number of peeling of TZM alloy sheets of 0.3 mm thickness prepared from TZM alloy sheets with different oxygen contents through the same rolling process,combined with SEM and EDS analysis of the peeling locations,it was found that during the rolling process of TZM sheets,the influence of the oxygen content of TZM alloy caused the formation of zirconium oxide enriched area at local locations in the TZM sheets.The zirconium oxide also cause a source of cracks to form on the surface of the TZM alloy sheet,leading to peeling problems in the TZM sheet during later rolling.
