摘  要:为有效监测配电网输电线路同期线损状况,降低电能损耗,保障配电网降损监测效果,设计了考虑同期线损异常特征的配电网降损在线监测系统。系统通过数据感知层采集配电网电力数据,通过网络通讯层上传到监控中心;利用电量监测数据获取模块配置的SCADA、DMIS与GIS配电运行设备,及时接收监测数据;利用线损模块计算线损后,将数据存储至异常监测数据库。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效监测配电网输电线路同期线损,监测结果与实际线损值接近,且系统监测损耗较低,降损监测效果较好。In order to effectively monitor the synchronous line loss of transmission lines in distribution network,reduce power loss and guarantee the monitoring effect of distribution network loss reduction,a distribution network loss reduction online monitoring system considering the abnormal characteristics of synchronous line loss is designed.The system collects the power data of distribution network through the data sensing layer,and uploads it to the monitoring center through the network communication layer.Then,the power monitoring data is adopted to obtain the SCADA,DMIS and GIS distribution operation equipment configured by the module,and the monitoring data would be received in time.After calculating the line loss using the line loss module,the data is stored in the abnomal monitoring database.The experiment results show that the system can effectively monitor the synchronous line loss of transmission line in distribution network,and the monitoring results are close to the actual line loss value.Besides,the monitoring loss of the system is low,and the loss reduction monitoring effect is good.
