摘  要:为及时发现和处理输电线路中的故障,防止对配电网造成更加严重的影响,设计了输配电协同故障预案在线生成系统,系统对线路进行全方位监测,计算并定位线路故障,同时生成故障应对预案;利用改进PEARSON方法,避免由于电流曲线不同而发生误判,系统检测到故障后,进行故障隔离和故障定位操作。进行线路故障定位测试,系统的平均定位误差为0.442%,故障定位误差最小为0.32%,进行故障诊断分类测试,系统的故障分类准确率最大为98.78%。In order to detect and deal with faults in transmission lines in time and prevent more serious impact on the distribution network,this study designs an online generation system for coordinated fault plans for transmission and distribution.The system monitors the lines in an all-round way,calculates and locates line faults.At the same time,a fault response plan is generated.An improved PEARSON method is proposed,which can effectively avoid misjudgment caused by different current curves.After the system detects a fault,it performs fault isolation and fault location operations at the same time.During the line fault location test,the average location error of the system in this study is 0.442%,and the minimum fault location error is 0.32%.During the fault diagnosis and classification test,the maximum fault classification accuracy of the system is 98.78%.
