摘　　要：文章论述柳诒徵在担任江苏省立第一图书馆馆长期间,在改革创新、馆藏建设、开放共享、学术研究、爱国爱书、育人用人六个方面的图书馆学思想,认为以满足读者需求的改革精神、以资源为王理念的馆藏建设、以德才兼备为前提的馆长素养、以交流探讨和立言传世为目标的学术研究四个方面对当代图书馆建设和发展具有一定的价值和影响。This paper expounds Liu Yizheng′s library science thoughts in six aspects:reform and innovation,collection construction,open sharing,academic research,patriotism and love of books,education and employment during his tenure as chief librarian of Jiangsu Provincial First Library.It is believed that the reform spirit to meet the needs of readers,the construction of library collection with the idea of resources as the king,the quality of chief librarian with both virtue and ability as the premise,and the academic research aimed at communication and discussion,achieving glory by writing have certain value and influence on the construction and development of contemporary libraries.
