基于“阳气者,精则养神”运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心理睡眠疾病初思

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》曰:“阳气者,精则养神。”阳气失调是心理睡眠疾病发病的重要中医病机。经方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤可疏解三焦气机,条达一身之阳气,临床中广泛应用于各类精神心理睡眠障碍。基于《黄帝内经》重视阳气的角度,对柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心理睡眠疾病的中医机制进行探讨,并附医案3则,以验证其临床疗效。并对痰湿及血瘀的主要兼夹证治法进行论述。The Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine says:“the essence of yang qi nourishes the spirit.”Yang qi disorder plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psychological problems.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,which is widely used in various kinds of psychological sleep disorders in clinical practice,is proved to release the flow of triple energizer qi and extend the yang qi of the whole body.Based on the main theme of The Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine to emphasize yang qi,the essay focus on the traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of psychological sleep diseases.Three cases are reported to verify the clinical efficacy of the decoction,and the treatment of dampness and blood stasis is also discussed in the article.
