摘 要:对某发电厂连续多起因铁磁谐振烧毁电压互感器及高压熔断器的恶性事故进行了分析,介绍了电压互感器铁磁谐振激发的条件,总结了现有消谐装置存在的局限性,提出了加装流敏型智能消谐装置的技改措施。实践表明,利用流敏型材料可实现在不同温度下绝缘特性的转变,该装置在谐振发生时可降低系统电流来抑制谐振,能有效避免因系统间歇性接地产生谐振导致的电压互感器炸裂和熔断器熔断事故。In this paper,the cause analysis is made of the frequent malignant accidents in which the ferromagnetic resonance burns the voltage transformer and high voltage fuse in a power plant.The condition of ferromagnetic resonance excitation of voltage transformer is described,the limitations of existing harmonic elimination devices are summarized,and the technical reform measures of installing a flow-sensitive intelligent harmonic elimination device is put forward.Practice shows that by using the change of insulation characteristics of flow-sensitive materials at different temperatures,the device can reduce the system current to suppress it when resonance occurs,which can effectively avoid voltage transformer bursting and fuse fusing accidents caused by intermittent grounding resonance of the system.
