摘 要:基于现场检测发现的GIS设备内部导体过热缺陷,运用红外技术获取GIS外壳表面温度分布,并对温度分布曲线特性进行了分析和研究。研究结果表明,GIS内部过热与外壳表面温度有一定的关联特性,内部过热点在GIS母线筒体表面纵向温度分布为从上至下递减的线性变化,且分布特性基本不受测点与过热点轴向距离的影响。GIS表面轴向温度分布与测点距过热点的轴向距离呈一元二次函数关系,且随着测点与过热点纵向距离的增大,其温度变化区间会逐渐减小。Based on the overheating defect of the conductor inside the GIS equipment detected in the field,the surface temperature distribution of GIS shell is obtained by using infrared technology,and the characteristics of temperature distribution curve are analyzed and studied.The research results show that there is a certain correlation between internal overheating and surface temperature of GIS shell.The longitudinal temperature distribution of internal overhot spots on the surface of GIS busbar barrel decreases linearly from top to bottom,and the distribution characteristics are basically not affected by the axial distance between measuring spots and overhot spots.The relationship between the surface axial temperature distribution and the axial distance from the measuring spot to the overhot spot of GIS is a quadratic function and the temperature variation range will gradually decrease as the longitudinal distance between measuring spot and overhot spot increases.
