健康中国视域下高校体育资源开发共享的困境及对策研究

摘　　要：基于健康中国战略的要求,着眼于群众体育资源短缺的现状,探索高校体育资源开发共享策略,有着非常积极的现实意义。该文基于此展开研究,通过问卷调查、实地调查、个别访谈等方式,对湖南高校体育资源开发与共享实施情况进行调研,总结经验发现,高校体育资源开发共享存在共享意识不强、成本补偿难、开放效率低、开放共享信息难等困境。随之参考相关文献,结合个人教育经验,提出通过强化共享意识、落实经济补偿、提升开放效率、建设共享信息平台、完善共享管理机制等对策,摆脱当下高校体育资源开发共享的困境,为健康中国战略提供必要的条件。Based on the requirements of the Healthy China strategy,focusing on the current situation of the shortage of mass sports resources,it is of very positive practical significance to explore strategies for the development and sharing of sports resources in colleges and universities.Based on this,this article conducts research,investigates the implementation of the development and sharing of sports resources in colleges and universities in Hunan through questionnaire surveys,on-site investigations,individual interviews and other methods,summarizes experience,and finds that there are difficulties in the development and sharing of sports resources in colleges and universities,such as the weak awareness of sharing,difficulty in cost compensation,low openness efficiency,and difficulty in opening and sharing information.Then,referring to relevant literature,combined with personal education experience,this paper proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the awareness of sharing,implementing economic compensation,improving opening efficiency,building a shared information platform,and improving the sharing management mechanism,so as to get rid of the current dilemma of the development and sharing of sports resource in colleges and universities and provide necessary conditions for the Healthy China strategy.
