豫西宜阳石英砂岩矿床成因及矿石可选性研究

摘　　要：宜阳县石英砂岩矿赋存于新元古界洛峪群三教堂组,通过生产勘探提交储量超6000万t。通过矿床特征、矿床成因研究,认为本区石英砂岩为海相沉积产物:新元古代初期东南方向的海侵首先形成了崔庄组的页岩建造,海退沉积形成三教堂组,海浪的分选形成大型石英砂岩矿床。矿山采用水洗、脱泥、磁选工艺流程去除矿石中泥质、铁质,石英砂精矿SiO_(2)含量99.25%,Fe_(2)O_(3)+Al_(2)O_(3)含量0.004%,产品粒度指标较好,矿石可选性优良。但精矿产品水分含量较高,建议增加沥水时间或者烘干工艺。本区石英砂岩成因及可选性的研究,可以为类似矿床研究提供参考。The quartz sandstone deposit in Yiyang county occurs in the Sanjiaotang formation of the Neoproterozoic Luoyu group,with reserves of more than 60 million tons submitted through production exploration.Based on the study of the characteristics and genesis of the deposit,it is considered that the quartz sandstone in this area is the product of marine sedimentation:the transgression from the southeast in the early Neoproterozoic first formed the shale formation of the Cuizhuang formation,and the retrogression sedimentation formed the Sanchao formation.The separation of waves forms a large quartz sandstone deposit.The mine uses the technological process of washing,desliming and magnetic separation to remove mud and iron from the ore.The SiO_(2) content of quartz sand concentrate is about 99.25%,the Fe_(2)O_(3)+Al_(2)O_(3) content is about 0.004%,the product particle size index is good,and the ore washability is good.However,the moisture content of concentrate products is high,so it is suggested to increase the drainage time or drying process.The study on the genesis and washability of quartz sandstone in this area can provide reference for the study of similar deposits.
