摘　　要：文章分析了E-Research环境下学术机构知识库的构建必要性,从资源建设模式、服务模式两方面介绍了E-Research环境下学术机构知识库构建模式,并给出了E-Research环境下学术机构知识库的构建方案,该方案主要包括前期设计、运行设计和后期维护设计,最后提出了E-Research环境下学术机构知识库构建的策略。The paper analyzes the necessity of constructing academic institution knowledge bases in the E-Research environment,and introduces the construction mode of academic institution knowledge bases in the E-Research environment from two aspects:resource construction mode and service mode.The construction scheme of academic institution knowledge base under E-Research environment is given,which mainly includes preliminary design,operation design and later maintenance design.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the knowledge base of academic institutions under the E-Research environment.
