中药外治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：急性痛风性关节炎是一种以关节和周围的组织出现红肿热痛和关节活动障碍的代谢性疾病,它的发病特点是起病急、疼痛剧烈、反复发作等。该病发病率越来越高,而且发病的年龄也越来越趋向年轻化,严重影响患者的生活。中药外敷、中药熏蒸、中药外洗等中药外治法对急性痛风性关节炎的治疗具有疗效较确切、操作较简单、不良反应较小等优势,且临床应用报道较多。为此,文章总结近10年的相关文献,对中药外治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究进行综述,以期为中药外治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的进一步基础研究和临床应用提供参考。Acute gouty arthritis is a metabolic disease characterized by redness, swelling, heat pain and joint movement disorder in joints and surrounding tissues. Its onset is characterized by acute onset, severe pain and repeated attacks. The incidence rate of this disease is getting higher and higher, and the age of onset is becoming younger and younger, which seriously affects the life of patients. External application of traditional Chinese medicine, fumigation of Chinese medicine, external washing of traditional Chinese medicine and other external treatment methods of Chinese medicine have the advantages of more accurate curative effect, simple operation and less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, and there are many clinical application reports. Therefore, this article summarizes the relevant literature in the past 10 years and reviewes the clinical research on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference for the further basic research and clinical application on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
