玉林市民营科技企业发展的壁垒问题及对策建议

摘　　要：民营科技企业已成为我国个体私营企业中经济占有量最大的企业形式,在我国国民经济中占有较大的比重,为我国社会经济发展贡献了重要力量。文章分析玉林市民营科技企业在发展过程中存在的壁垒问题,并针对存在问题提出推进民营科技企业高质量发展的对策及建议,助力民营科技企业做大做强,助推实施创新驱动发展战略再上新台阶、新高度,加快实现玉林市“四强两区一美”两湾先行试验区的建设目标。Private science and technology enterprises have become the biggest form of economic ownership in individual private enterprises, occupy a larger proportion in our national economy, and contribute important strength to our social economic development. This paper analyzes the barriers existing in the development process of Yulin private science and technology enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of private technology enterprises in response to the existing problems. It assists private science and technology enterprises in becoming bigger and stronger, promotes the implementation of innovation driven development strategy to a new stage and height, and accelerates the construction goal of the "four strong, two districts, one beauty" Two Bay Pilot Zone in Yulin city.
