摘  要:结合实际整车开发项目,从整车开发流程方面阐述当前以铝压铸结构件为代表的车身开发与应用面临的问题和挑战,对一体化车身结构及工艺进行分析研究,提出面向过程控制的基于成熟度评价的车身一体化快速开发方法,为进一步开发符合轻量化趋势的优质车身结构奠定基础。Combined with the actual vehicle development project,the problems and challenges faced by the current body development and application represented by aluminum die casting structural parts were described from the aspect of vehicle development process.The integrated body structure and process were analyzed and studied,and the body integrated rapid development method based on maturity evaluation was proposed for process control,which laid a foundation for the further development of the high-quality body structure more in line with the trend of lightweight.
