摘　　要：针对尼龙弯管接头上的弯管特征,设计了1副单腔两板式普通浇口注射模,为解决弯管特征的脱模,利用液压缸活塞杆驱动旋转抽芯机构完成第1段弯管的抽芯,还设计了一个二次推出机构完成第2段圆弧的脱模。在第2段圆弧弯管的脱模机构中,先由第1次推出推动圆弧弯管型芯、推杆及辅助斜推机构将成型塑件从型芯上推出,再通过第2次推出将成型塑件从第2段弯管型芯上推出,解决了成型塑件脱模的难题。According to the bending characteristics of nylon bent pipe joint,the two-plate injection mould with single cavity and ordinary gate was designed.In order to demould the bending fea⁃tures,a rotary core pulling mechanism was driven by using the hydraulic cylinder piston rod to complete the core pulling of the first section of the bent pipe,and a secondary ejector mechanism was designed to complete the ejection of the second section arc of the bent pipe.In the demould⁃ing mechanism of the second section arc of the bent pipe,the moulded plastic part was first eject⁃ed out from the core by the ejecting arc core,the ejector pin,and the incline ejector mechanism,and then the moulded plastic part was second ejected out from the arc core,which solved the de⁃moulding problem of the moulded plastic part.
