摘　　要：介绍了Moldflow仿真分析在空调双色面板模具设计中的应用,通过仿真分析得出成型制品翘曲变形的结果,根据分析结果制定预变形解决方案,仿真迭代验证预变形方案的可行性,并指导模具设计。实践证明:分析结果对于解决制品变形、缩短模具开发周期、降低模具制造成本、提高生产效率及制品质量具有指导作用。The application of Moldflow simulation analysis in the air conditioner two-color panel mould design was introduced;the cause of warping deformation of moulded product was obtained by simulation analysis.According to the analysis result,the pre-deformation solution was formulated,and the feasibility of the pre-deformation scheme was verified by using simulation iteration method,and the mould design was guided.Practice proved that the analysis results had a guiding role in solving product deformation,shortening mould development cycle.
