Objective To analyze the clinical mechanism of cephalosporin antibiotics and the impact of different doses of cephalosporin antibiotic skin test solutions on skin test results. Methods 200 patients who underwent cephalosporin antibiotics skin test in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as observation subjects. They were randomly divided into control group(0.1ml skin test solution was injected into the right arm)and observation group(0.04-0.06ml skin test solution was injected into the left arm to form 3 pore skin mounds),with 100 patients each. The effects of skin test results were compared. Results The positive rate of skin test in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of moderate and severe pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of false positives in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose cephalosporin antibiotic skin test solution has no significant impact on skin test results, and also beneficial for reducing patientpain reactions.
