大黄甘草汤加味治疗小儿丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄甘草汤加味外洗治疗小儿丘疹性荨麻疹临床疗效及远期复发率。方法将62例丘疹性荨麻疹患者采用随机数字表法随机分对照组和治疗组。对照组31例予口服盐酸西替利嗪滴剂及外搽炉甘石洗剂,治疗组31例在上述用药基础上,另予大黄甘草汤加味外洗,均治疗2周后观察疗效,并随访其停药后3个月复发率。结果治疗组:痊愈22例,显效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.55%,对照组:痊愈17例,显效7例,无效7例,总有效率77.42%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药后3个月内复发情况:治疗组复发率16.00%,对照组复发率42.11%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄甘草汤加味外洗治疗小儿丘疹性荨麻疹,临床疗效好,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect and long-term recurrence rate of rhubarb licorice decoction external washing treatment in infantile papular urticaria.Methods 62 patients with papular urticaria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the control group,31 cases were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride and calamine lotion.In the treatment group,31 cases were treated with rhubarb licorice decoction external washing treatment on the basis of western medicine.After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was observed and the recurrence rate was followed up for 3 months.Results Treatment group:22 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.55%,Control group:17 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.42%,Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Recurrence within 3 months after withdrawal:recurrence rate was 16.00%in the treatment group and 42.11%in the control group.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb licorice decoction external washing is effective in treatment of infantile papular urticaria with low recurrence rate.
