摘  要:为了研究水沙环境下海流能机组的水动特性,本文以120 kW海流能叶片的NACA63-翼型为研究对象,采用SST k-ω湍流模型和离散相(DPM)模型进行数值计算,研究不同颗粒属性对翼型升阻力系数的影响。研究结果表明:当颗粒直径大于100μm时,翼型升力系数小于无颗粒时的升力系数,当颗粒直径小于100μm时,升力系数大于无颗粒时的升力系数;随着颗粒直径增大,颗粒惯性增大,颗粒独立性增强,升力系数在先减小后增大的趋势中波动;随着颗粒形状因子增大,颗粒阻力减小,颗粒独立性增强,升力系数减小,阻力系数增大;颗粒质量浓度对翼型升阻力系数影响最大,升阻力系数与颗粒质量浓度呈线性关系,当颗粒质量浓度为5.522 g/L时,相比于无颗粒翼型升力系数减小了0.478%,阻力系数增大了6.676%。In order to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of tidal current turbine under water-sediment conditions,taking NACA63-airfoil of 120 kW tidal current turbine blade as the research object,the SST k-ωturbulence model and the DPM model were used to study the influence of different particle properties on the lift and drag coefficients of the airfoil.The results show that when the particle diameter is larger than 100μm,the airfoil lift coefficient is smaller than that of airfoil without particles,and when the particle diameter is smaller than 100μm,the lift coefficient is larger than that of airfoil without particles.With the increase of particle diameter,the inertia and independence of particles increase,and the lift coefficient fluctuates in the process of first decreasing and then increasing.With the increase of particle shape factor,particle drag decreases,particle independence increases,lift coefficient decreases and drag coefficient increases.Particle mass concentration has the greatest influence on the airfoil lift and drag coefficients,and the lift/drag coefficient has a linear relationship with particle mass concentration.When particle mass concentration is 5.522 g/L,the airfoil lift coefficient decreases by 0.478%and the drag coefficient increases by 6.676%compared with that of airfoil without particles.
