摘　　要：该文采用文献调研结合自己指导本科生的科研经历介绍了本科生科研创新能力存在的问题,阐述了本科生科研导师制的特征与实施的必要性,归纳出本科生科研创新能力的培养目标,提出了实施科研导师制的思路和措施,总结了实施科研导师制的意义,指出本科生科研导师制存在的问题,并对有效实施本科生科研导师制提出了几点建议,以提高本科生的科研创新能力.In order to explore the practical teaching mode to improve the scientific research innovation ability of undergraduates under the background of scientific research tutorial system,the teaching model was summarized by literature research combined with the scientific research experience of teaching under⁃graduates.Results show the present situation of the scientific research innovation ability of undergraduates and the causes of the existing problems,and expounded the characteristics and necessity of implementing the scientific research tutorial system for undergraduates.This paper summed up the training objectives of undergraduate scientific research innovation ability,put forward the ideas and measures for implement⁃ing scientific research tutorial system,summarized the significances of implementing scientific research tutorial system,and pointed out the existing problems of undergraduate scientific research tutorial system.It also put forward to some suggestions on the effective implementation of undergraduate scientific research mentoring system,it is concluded that undergraduate scientific research mentoring system was an effective way to improve undergraduate scientific research and innovation ability.It indicates that:the scientific research tutorial system for undergraduates can effectively improve their scientific research and innovation ability,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
