摘 要:首次采用原位生长法合成了CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na复合材料。采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和荧光分光光度计等手段对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌、发光性能进行了表征与稳定性能研究。结果表明:CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na复合材料的光致发光光谱出现了518~502 nm的有序蓝移;荧光强度显著提高,当CsPbBr_(3)与CMS-Na的质量比为1∶2时,绿光发射最亮;CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na复合材料展现出优异的稳定性,在空气中放置21 d,荧光强度为初始强度的67.6%。研究结果对于CsPbBr_(3)量子点在照明显示领域具有潜在的应用价值。CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na composites were synthesized by in-situ growth method for the first time.The crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results show that the photoluminescence spectra of CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na composites behave an ordered blue-shift of 518 to 502 nm.The fluorescence intensity is significantly increased,and the green light emission is brightest when the mass ratio of CsPbBr_(3) to CMS-Na is 1∶2.The CsPbBr_(3)/CMS-Na composites show excellent stability,remaining 67.6%of the initial brightness after 21 d in air.The results have potential application value for CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots in the field of lighting and display.
