More and more studies have shown that there is a certain relationship between the microbial composition of gut microbiota and exercise-induced fatigue, and that people with lower diversity of gut microbiota are more likely to experience fatigue during exercise.Exercise-induced fatigue is a common phenomenon in exercise training, which has a significant impact on sport performance and recovery ability. In recent years, gut microbiota has attracted extensive attention as a hot research field, and the relationship between gut microbiota and exercise fatigue still needs further exploration. In daily life, maintaining a good diet and lifestyle is the key to maintaining intestinal health and reducing exercise fatigue, and the healthy maintenance of gut microbiota can be promoted through the supplementation of probiotics and prebiotics. This paper will discuss the potential mechanism and corresponding intervention strategies of gut microbiota in regulating exercise-induced fatigue from the perspective of Sports Medicine,so as to provide new ideas and methods for sports training.
