摘　　要：该文对韶关学院排球专项课、副项课、必修课中排球裁判的教学时数、教学内容、教学方法等方面进行研究,分析其培养教学过程中存在的问题,并提出一些符合学校实际情况的排球裁判员培养方法和途径,以便提高韶关学院体育教育专业学生裁判员的执裁能力,同时也为基层排球裁判队伍的建设提供后备人才,从而为推动排球运动的发展贡献一份微薄的力量,也为学校排球教学改革提供一定的依据。This paper studies the teaching hours,teaching contents,teaching methods and other aspects of volleyball referees in volleyball special courses,sideline courses and compulsory courses in Shaoguan University,analyzes the problems existing in the training and teaching process,and puts forward some methods and ways of training volleyball referees in line with the actual situation of the university,so as to improve the refereeing ability of the student referees majoring in physical education in Shaoguan University,also provide reserve talents for the construction of grassroots volleyball referee teams,contribute a small force to the development of volleyball,and provide a certain basis for the reform of school volleyball teaching.
