摘　　要：以张家口冬奥雪上场馆赛后运营为研究对象,运用SPSS统计软件和因子分析法对游客满意度问卷进行分析,识别出后勤保障因子、场馆服务因子、交通便利因子和卫生环境因子4个影响张家口冬奥雪上场馆赛后运营的因子,针对性地提出了加大场馆赛后运营的宣传力度,改善服务态度,保障游客权益和开展多元化运营并融入市场环境的对策建议。This paper takes the post-competition operation of Winter Olympics snow venues in Zhangjiakou as the research object,analyzes tourist satisfaction questionnaires by using SPSS software and factor analysis,identifies four factors that affect the post-competition operation of Winter Olympics snow venues in Zhangjiakou,including the logistic support factor,venue service factor,transportation convenience factor and health environment factor,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions of increasing the publicity of the post-competition operation of venues,improving the service attitude,protecting the rights and interests of tourists,carrying out diversified operation and integrating into the market environment.
