乡村振兴视域下体育特岗教师计划的路径优化研究

摘　　要：该研究采用专家访谈法和数理统计法,以体育特岗教师为研究对象,对乡村振兴视域下体育特岗教师计划实施的现实困境开展研究。研究结果表明:招聘机制不完善、体育教师结构性短缺、体育教师专业发展不充分、特岗教师流失率高,是特岗计划实施过程中面临的主要问题。为有效推进特岗计划,助力乡村振兴,研究提出:建立系统化衡量标准,构建梯度化评价机制,落实教师生活补助政策,加强部门合作、深化校企合作等措施。This study adopts the methods of expert interviews and mathematical statistics,takes special-post physical education teachers as research objects,and studies the realistic difficulties of the implementation of the special-post physical education teacher plan under the perspective of rural revitalization.The results show that the imperfection of recruitment mechanism,the structural shortage of PE teachers,the insufficient development of physical education teacher majors,and the high turnover rate of special-post teachers are main problems in the implementation of the special-post plan.In order to effectively promote the special-post plan and help rural revitalization,the study proposes to establish a systematic measurement standard,construct a gradient evaluation mechanism,implement the living allowance policy for teachers,strengthen the cooperation between departments and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
