摘　　要：该文主要采用文献资料法、数理统计法的研究方法,以国家摔跤队古典式摔跤60公斤级运动员曹利国备战2022年世界摔跤锦标赛的生化指标为研究对象,通过对备战期间的生化指标进行统计分析,并根据统计结果进行数据分析。该文主要选取血红蛋白、肌酸激酶、血尿素、睾酮等指标进行统计分析,分析该运动员在备战2022年世界摔跤锦标赛期间的生化指标变化,并根据指标的差异来调整训练计划及恢复手段,为运动员的个性化训练恢复提供科学的数据参考,确保运动员在赛前保持良好的体能状态。This article mainly uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,takes the biochemical indicators of Cao Liguo,the classical wrestling 60 kilograms athlete from the Chinese National Wrestling Team during the preparation for the 2022 World Wrestling Championships as the research object,conducts statistical analysis of biochemical indicators during the preparation,and analyzes data according to statistic results.This paper mainly selects the indicators of hemoglobin,creatine kinase,blood urea and testosterone for statistical analysis,analyzes the changes of biochemical indicators of this athlete during the preparation for the 2022 World Wrestling Championships,and adjusts training plans and means to restore nutrition based on the differences in indicators,so as to provide scientific data reference for the recovery of the athlete's personalized training,and ensure that the athlete maintains good physical condition before the competition.
