摘 要:该文将BOSU球训练引入高校太极拳“八法五步”教学中,并借助教学实验检验了其对学生身体平衡能力和太极拳技能水平的影响。以2个太极拳教学班的72名学生为实验对象,分为实验班和控制班进行了一个学期的实验。实验班在太极拳教学中引入BOSU球训练,控制班则开展传统抗阻力量训练,除此之外,其他教学安排完全相同。结果表明:实验后实验班的鹤立支撑测试、Mann测试、闭目原地踏步测试、行走测试的测试结果均要显著优于控制班(P<0.05);太极拳技能评价成绩也要显著优于控制班(P<0.05)。结论:BOSU球训练在促进学生身体平衡能力发展和太极拳技术动作掌握方面的效果均要优于常规抗阻力量训练。The article introduces BOSU ball training into the teaching of"8 Trigram 5 Steps"of Tai Chi in colleges and universities,and tests its impact on students'body balance ability and Tai Chi skill level through teaching experiments.The study took 72 students from two Tai Chi classes as experimental subjects,divided them into the experimental class and control class,and conducted experiments for one semester.The experimental class introduced BOSU ball training in Tai Chi teaching,while the control class carried out traditional resistance strength training,and other teaching arrangements were identical.The results showed that after the experiment,the test results of the crane support test,Mann test,closed eye standing step test,and walking test in the experimental class were significantly better than those of the control class(P<0.05),and the scores of Tai Chi skill evaluation were also significantly better than those of the control class(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of BOSU ball training in promoting the development of students'body balance ability and the mastery of Tai Chi technical movements was better than that of regular resistance strength training.
