摘　　要：该研究通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对安阳市大学生健康行为现状进行调查,分析其存在问题及原因,剖析其影响因素,并提出行为养成路径建议。现阶段,安阳市大学生体育健康行为的问题主要集中表现为学生缺乏体育意识,学校对体育健康文化氛围的营造不足,线上体育课程与学生健身需求的不匹配,学生参与体育运动项目缺乏多样性,在运动过程中缺乏专业的体育指导。并提出要创造良好的社会体育环境,加强学校体育与社区体育相结合,提高学生体育参与率,增加社会体育指导员数量;继续加强学校在培养学生健康体育行为方面的实践教学改革;家庭层面要重视体育锻炼的重要性,营造良好的家庭体育氛围;合理利用运动类APP促进学生进行自主锻炼。This study investigates the current situation of the health behavior of college students in Anyang City by the methods of literature,interviews and questionnaire survey,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,analyzes its influence factors,and proposes suggestions for behavior cultivation paths.At present,the problems of sports and health behavior among college students in Anyang City mainly focus on students'lack of sports awareness,schools'insufficient creation atmosphere for sports and health culture,mismatch between online sports courses and students'fitness needs,lack of diversity in students'participation in sports events,and lack of professional sports guidance during the process of sports.It is proposed to create a good social sports environment,strengthen the combination of school sports and community sports,increase students'participation in sports,and increase the number of social sports instructors.It is necessary to continue to strengthen the practical teaching reform of schools in cultivating students'health and sports behavior.In the family level,they should pay attention to the importance of physical exercise and create a good family sports atmosphere.It is necessary to reasonably utilize sports APPs to promote students'independent exercise.
