摘 要:抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)作为新型环境污染物对公众健康具有潜在威胁。抗生素长期使用是导致畜禽养殖环境ARGs污染的主要原因,且不断向周围环境传播。该文综述了ARGs产生及在不同畜种、不同地区和不同气候条件下ARGs污染的差异,对比了ARGs在粪便、废水处理过程中变化情况,阐述了ARGs的传播机制及通过粪便、废水和气溶胶向周围环境传播的风险情况,并结合畜禽粪污“产生-处理-利用”的重点环节,提出减少畜禽养殖ARGs产生及向环境传播的建议措施。Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)as a novel environmental pollutant is a potential threat to public health.The main cause of ARGs pollution in livestock and poultry breeding environment is long-term use of antibiotics,which will continuously spread to the surrounding environment.This review summarizes the generation of ARGs and the differences of ARGs pollution in different animal breeds,different regions and different climate conditions.It compares the changes of ARGs in the process of manure wastewater treatment,and elaborates the transmission mechanism of ARGs and its transmission through manures.Finally,combining with the key link of“Production-Treatment-Utilization”of livestock and poultry manure,it put forward some suggestions on reducing the generation and transmission of ARGs from livestock and poultry farming to the environment.
