摘 要:研究旨在分析不同日龄蛋鸡粪便产量及污染物排放的季节性变化特征,为蛋鸡养殖场粪便的无害化处理与资源化利用提供基础数据。以育雏育成期(90~100日龄)、产蛋期(300~350日龄)的海兰灰产蛋鸡为研究对象,分四个季节进行了蛋鸡饲养试验,记录采食量和产粪量,并测定粪便中的相关指标。结果表明:在育成期中,蛋鸡在春冬季采食量显著高于夏秋季(P<0.05);冬季产粪量最高,秋季最低;全氮、全磷和有机质的日排放量冬季最高,春夏秋三季均低于平均值(P<0.05);铵态氮排放量夏季最高。在产蛋期中,春季采食量和产粪量最高;全氮、有机质排放量均为春季最高;铵态氮排放量夏季最高。结果表明,相同日龄产蛋鸡的采食量、产粪量、含水率、全氮、全磷、铵态氮指标显著受季节影响。The purpose of this study was to analyze the seasonal variation characteristics of manure production and pollutant emissions of laying hens at different ages,and provide basic data for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of manure in laying farms.This study took Hylan gray laying hens in the brooding period(90-100 days old)and laying period(300-350 days old)as the research object.The laying hens were raised in 4 seasons and the feed intake,manure production,and the relevant indicators in feed and manure was measured.The results showed that during the growing period,the feed intake of laying hens in spring was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn(P<0.05).The manure productions was the highest in winter and the lowest in summer.The daily emissions of total nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter were the highest in winter.These data were lower than the average in spring,summer and autumn(P<0.05).Ammonia nitrogen emission was the highest in summer.During the laying period,feed intake and manure production in spring were the highest.Total nitrogen and organic matter emissions were highest in spring.Ammonia nitrogen emissions were the highest in summer.Studies have shown that the feed intake,manure production,moisture content,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and ammonia nitrogen of laying hens at the same age were significantly affected by the season.
