甘胆口服液对白羽肉鸡多病因支气管堵塞病症的治疗效果

摘　　要：为了探讨甘胆口服液对鸡支气管堵塞病症的治疗效果;试验选取21日龄患有多病因支气管堵塞病症的白羽肉鸡病150只,采用甘胆口服液和多西环素对比治疗,通过观察鸡精神状态、呼吸情况、采食、饮水欲、检测血清和肺泡灌洗液中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达量以及剖检观察气管、肺组织病理变化等指标判断2种药物的治疗效果。结果显示:甘胆口服液治疗组治愈率62%、总有效率92%,略优于盐酸多西环素组的治愈率56%、总有效率72.00%;且治疗7 d后甘胆口服液组鸡的平均增重显著高于多西环素组(P<0.05)和极显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后剖检观察发现,甘胆口服液治疗组鸡的呼吸道炎症基本消失,多西环素治疗组鸡的呼吸道仅有少量炎性渗出,而阳性对照组鸡的呼吸道仍有十分严重的炎症或堵塞性病变。甘胆口服液和多西环素治疗组血清中TNF-α表达量均较阳性对照组极显著降低(P<0.01),甘胆口服液治疗组肺泡灌洗液中TNF-α表达量较阳性对照组极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明:甘胆口服液治疗鸡多病因支气管堵塞有较好的疗效,且治疗效果优于多西环素疗法,这可能与甘胆口服液既能从整体出发,驱邪扶正并施,又能遵顺其归经,更有效地减轻肺、心系统的局部病症相关。To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gandan oral liquid on bronchial obstruction in chickens,a total of 15021-day-old white-feather broilers with multiple causes of bronchial obstruction were selected and treated with Gan Dan oral liquid and doxycycline.Mental state,respiratory condition,food intake,drinking appetite,serum and alveolar lavage fluid expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,and pathological changes of trachea and lung tissue were observed to determine the therapeutic effect of the two drugs.The results showed that the cure rate,the total effective rate were 62%and 92%in the Gandan oral liquid treatment group,which were slightly better than that of the western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride group(56%and 72%).After 7 days of treatment,the average weight gain of Gandan oral liquid group was significantly higher than that of doxycycline group(P<0.05)and extremely higher than that of positive control group(P<0.01).After treatment,necropsy observation showed that the respiratory tract inflammation disappeared in the Gandan Oral Liquid treatment group,there was only a small amount of inflammatory exudation in the doxycycline treatment group,but still very serious inflammation or blockage in the respiratory tract of the positive control group.Compared with the positive control group,the expression of TNF-αin serum of Gandan oral liquid and doxycycline treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).The expression of TNF-αin alveolar lavage fluid of Gandan oral liquid treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the positive control group(P<0.01).The results showed that Gandan oral liquid has a better curative effect in the treatment of multiple causes of bronchial obstruction in chickens,and the therapeutic effect is better than doxycycline therapy,which may be related to the fact that Gandan oral liquid can holistically eliminate pathogen and reduce the local diseases of the lung and heart system more effectively.
