摘 要:以5年生弗雷无核葡萄为材料,以GA_(3)、CPPU和二者组合处理花穗或果穗,探讨其对果实膨大及品质的影响。结果表明,与浸蘸清水对照相比,各处理均显著增加了果实单粒重和果穗重,其中花后15 d用40 mg/L GA_(3)、花后25 d用5 mg/L CPPU浸果穗处理的效果最好,且显著降低了可滴定酸含量,提高果皮多酚物质和花色苷含量,对果实可溶性固形物含量无显著影响。In this study,5-year-old Flame Seedless grapes were treated with GA_(3),CPPU,and a combination of the two hormones,to investigate the effects on fruit expansion and quality.The results showed that all treatments significantly increased the fruit weight and berry weight compared with the control dipped in water,with the treatments of 40 mg/L GA_(3)in the berry at 15 days after flowering and 5 mg/L CPPU in the berry at 25 days after flowering were the most effective.The treatment significantly reduced the content of titratable acid and increased the content of polyphenols and anthocyanins in the peel,but had no significant effect on the content of soluble solids of the fruits.
