摘 要:配电自动化作为提高供电可靠性的技术手段已经广泛运用于电网建设,但配电自动化建设标准,尤其是三遥开关的配置标准在目前电网建设中缺乏量化手段。借鉴供电安全标准思路提出一套供电可靠性评估方法,根据分区差异化的供电可靠性目标开展验算,最终提出与各供电分区目标及建设条件相匹配的配电自动化配置标准,可指导实际电网开展建设应用。As a technical means to improve power supply reliability,distribution automation construction has been widely used in power grid construction.However,the construction standard of distribution automation,especially the configuration standard of three remote switches,lacks quantitative means in the current power grid construction.Drawing on the idea of power supply safety standards,a set of power supply reliability assessment methods was proposed,and the verification was carried out according to the differentiated power supply reliability goals of the district.Finally,the distribution automation configuration standard that matches the goals and construction conditions of each power supply zone was proposed,which could guide the construction and application of the actual power grid.
