摘 要:电力体制的不断改革和创新工作的落实,推动了电力管控平台的智能化改革,同时由于“互联网+”的环境进一步提升了信息技术和数据管理技术的优势,因此对于需要具备严谨性和全面性安全管理的输电网络来讲,落实智能化检测和安全管控能够进一步提升安全用电的质量和效率。首先分析了基于大数据的输电智能巡检管控平台项目研发的背景及应用优势,其次结合巡检平台以及远程遥控系统介绍了该平台在实际的电力安全运行中的应用方式,最后阐述了智能管控平台应用过程中的优化措施,意在为我国的安全用电规划提供技术依据。The continuous reform of the power system and the implementation of innovative work have promoted the intelligent reform of the power management and control platform.At the same time,since the"Internet+"environment further enhances the advantages of information technology and data management technology,for transmission networks that require rigorous and comprehensive safety management,the implementation of intelligent detection and safety control can further improve the quality and efficiency of safe electricity consumption.Firstly,the background and application advantages of the project development of the transmission intelligent inspection and control platform based on big data are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the inspection platform and remote control system,the application mode of the platform in the actual power safety operation is introduced.Finally,the optimization measures in the application process of intelligent management and control platform are expounded,which is intended to provide a technical basis for China′s safe power consumption planning through this paper.
