摘  要:阐述了配网全自动FA发生死区故障,未准确隔离故障并对永久性故障点恢复供电的情况。分析了死区故障的特点、信号特征及负荷转供模式,针对配网全自动FA处理故障、负荷转供提供改进策略,提出对环网柜进线开关、出线开关故障信号进行区分利用的措施,以确保死区故障正确隔离、负荷转供迅速。This paper describes a situation where a dead zone fault occurred in a fully automated FA of the distribution network,and the fault was not accurately isolated and power restored to the permanent fault point.The characteristics of dead zone fault,signal characteristics and load transfer mode are analyzed.To provide improvement strategies for fully automatic FA processing of faults and load transfer in distribution networks,measures are proposed to differentiate and utilize the fault signals of incoming and outgoing switches of ring network cabinets to ensure correct isolation of dead zone faults and rapid load transfer.
