摘 要:电压型逆变器因储能密度高及所需功率半导体器件少等优势而在大功率特种变频电源领域所占比重越来越大,其可靠、无冲击的软启动过程是变频电源长期稳定运行的关键。针对传统电压型逆变器软启动方法的优点和不足,提出了电压型逆变器软启动方法和装置,以400 kVA电压型电磁搅拌专用变频电源为例设计了主电路和控制电路,并进行了试验。试验结果表明,该电压型逆变器软启动方法满足大功率电磁搅拌电源系统对软启动各项性能的需求。The voltage source inverter account for an increasing proportion in the field of high-power special variable frequency power supply due to the advantages of high energy storage density and few power semiconductor devices required.The reliable and shock-free soft start process of the voltage inverter is the key to the long-term stable operation of the variable frequency power supply.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional voltage inverter soft start method,the voltage type inverter soft start method and device were proposed.Taking the 400 kVA voltage type electromagnetic stirring special frequency conversion power supply as an example,the main circuit and control circuit required for this method were designed,and the test was carried out.The test results showed that the soft start method of the voltage inverter met the requirements of the soft start performance of the high-power electromagnetic stirred power supply system.
