摘　　要：交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头制作工艺的好坏,直接影响着交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头的寿命。对电缆中间接头制作进行考评,能有效判断制作工艺的水平,提高培训质量。为此对交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头制作工艺考评方法进行研究,设计交联聚乙烯电缆接头制作工艺智能考评系统,构建全过程考评流程体系,通过智能设备精准测量关键指标,然后由软件算法客观地确定考评成绩。通过实际应用,证明设计的交联聚乙烯电缆接头制作工艺智能考评系统能客观评价作业人员的工艺水平,提高培训质量,确保交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头的寿命。The manufacturing process of XLPE cable intermediate joint directly affects the service life of XLPE cable intermediate joint.The evaluation of the production of cable intermediate joints can effectively judge the level of the production process and improve the training quality.Therefore,the evaluation method of the production process of the intermediate joint of the XLPE cable was studied.The intelligent evaluation system of cross-linked polyethylene cable joint production process was designed,and the whole process evaluation process system was constructed.Key indicators were accurately measured through smart devices,and then software algorithms objectively determined assessment scores.Through practical application,it is proved that the intelligent evaluation system of the production process of XLPE cable joints can objectively evaluate the process level of operators,improve the quality of training,and ensure the life of the intermediate joints of XLPE cables.
