摘 要:智能变电站二次系统运行方式的基本要求是要与当前一次系统的运行方式匹配,因此需进行一、二次系统运行方式的一致性校验。定义了二次系统的运行方式,将二次系统离散事件和分立设备运行状态描述转变为二次系统运行方式的集成化描述,并建立了一、二次系统运行方式之间的约束关系,据此校核一、二次系统运行方式的一致性。最后,分别对线路、母线、变压器运行方式下的一致性校核给出了示例。结果表明:所提方法可以评估二次系统运行方式的合理性,实现二次系统的智能化运维。The basic requirement for the operation mode of the secondary system in a smart substation is to match the current operation mode of the primary system.Therefore,the consistency verification of the operation mode of primary and secondary systems is required.The operation mode of the secondary system was defined.The description of discrete events and discrete equipment operating status of the secondary system was transformed into an integrated description of the operation mode of the secondary system.The constraint relationship between the operation mode of the primary and secondary systems was established,and the consistency of the operation mode of the primary and secondary systems was checked accordingly.Finally,examples of consistency checking under line,busbar and transformer operation mode were given.The results showed that the proposed method could evaluate the rationality of the secondary system operation mode and realize the intelligent operation and maintenance of the secondary system.
