摘  要:电网中包含的高次谐波会对稳控装置运行造成不良影响,因此需研究不同类型的谐波对稳控装置采样、滤波、策略等多个环节的影响。分析了直流换流站近区高次谐波的产生原因及特性,重点分析了由于频率混叠导致的对基波产生较大影响的整次谐波特性,并提出了应对方案。应对方案包括在硬件滤波回路设计上调整滤波电路的截止频率,提高硬件滤波的效果;在软件设计上通过提高采样频率,同时运用MATLAB软件进行数字滤波器功能设计,以软件滤波的形式消除频率混叠对稳控装置的影响,实现了在高频段进行采样,在低频段进行数字滤波、插值的处理,保证原有的处理原则不发生变化。最后结合RTDS仿真测试,验证了改进方案的适应性。The higher harmonics contained in the power grid will cause adverse effects on the operation of the safety and stability control device.It is necessary to study the effects of different types of harmonics on the sampling,filtering,strategy and other aspects of the safety control device.The causes and characteristics of the near-zone high harmonics of the DC converter station are analyzed,and the whole harmonic characteristics caused by frequency aliasing that had a great influence on the fundamental wave are analyzed,and a countermeasure is proposed.The countermeasure includes both hardware and software.The cutoff frequency of the hardware filter circuit is adjusted to improve the effect of hardware filtering.By increasing the sampling frequency and using MATLAB software to design the digital filter function,the influence of frequency aliasing on the stability control device is eliminated in the form of software filtering.It realizes sampling in high frequency bands,digital filtering and interpolation processing in low frequency bands to ensure that the original processing principles do not change.Finally,combined with RTDS simulation test,the adaptability of the improved scheme is verified.
