摘  要:针对660 MW超临界CFB锅炉投运两年以来首次发生的外置床内受热面管子泄漏事故,基于缩短检修工期和保证检修质量的角度,分别从运行和检修两方面对外置床内受热面爆管后的处理措施进行了简要介绍。外置床内工况具有与生俱来的复杂性,使得处理此类爆管事故有别于其他位置的受热面,重点要考虑发生泄漏后外置床内积灰排放、超标管段的划线位置及管内积灰清理方案,上述3项工作是保证检修工期的关键3步。对上述3步进行了详细的阐述,希望为后续同型机组同类问题提供参考。The leakage of pipes on the heating surface of the external bed occurred for the first time two years after the 660 MW supercritical CFB boiler was put into operation.Based on the perspective of shortening the maintenance period and ensuring the maintenance quality,the treatment measures after bursting the heating surface in the external bed are briefly introduced from the aspects of operation and maintenance.The inherent complexity of working conditions in external beds makes handling such pipe burst accidents different from heating surfaces in other locations.It is necessary to consider the discharge of ash accumulation in the external bed after leakage,the marking position of the pipe section exceeding the standard and the cleaning scheme of the dust accumulation in the pipe,which are the key three steps to ensure the maintenance period.The above three steps are elaborated in detail,hoping to provide reference for similar problems of the same type of unit in the future.
