摘 要:电磁频谱作为连接陆、海、空、天、网等作战空间的纽带,关系未来战场综合控制权的获取。近年来,美国为有效应对大国竞争,确保电磁频谱领域跨代优势,从联合作战的制胜机理出发,提出了联合电磁频谱作战新概念,引起了世界各国的高度重视。从概念创新、战略引领、条令迭代、机构重塑4个层面梳理了“联合电磁频谱作战”演进发展的具体过程,并从作战层面分析了其典型装备能力特征的内在逻辑关系。The electromagnetic spectrum,as a link among the land,sea,air,sky,net and other com-bat space,is related to the acquisition of comprehensive control in the future battlefield.In recent years,in order to effectively deal with the great power competition and ensure the cross-generation superiority in the field of electromagnetic spectrum,the US Army has put forward the new concept of joint electromagnetic spectrum operations based on the winning mechanism of joint operations,and it has aroused great attention of all countries in the world.This article expounds the specific process of evolution and development for joint electromagnetic spectrum operations from four lev-els of concept innovation,strategic leadership,discipline iteration,institutional remodeling,and ana-lyzes the internal logic relationship of typical equipment capability characteristics from the opera-tional level.
